Humorous editorial, meant to sell his product, but still true! Although I love, and indeed embrace technology, sometimes one must pause and think about it's application. Is it really smart to change the structure and nature of our food? Our lives, and the the life around us has adapted to food in it's natural state. It's risky to alter it excessively.
